A family house located in one of the most beautiful parts of Tribunj called Podvrh. A nice quiet, stony beach is only a few meters far from the house. If you don't like strong sunshine you can spent the whole day sitting quite close to the see in the pine trees shadows. And if you want to drink something cold, the house and the refrigerator are so close to you.

The house is located in a quiet part of Tribunj called Podvrh facing west. It is in the first row to the sea, in the tourist area of Tribunj known for its beautiful rocky beaches and clear sea.

Apartment on the ground floor has one bedroom with three beds, bathroom, completely equipped kitchen-dinning room with sofa bed and a terrace, all together cca. 45 sq meters.
It is equiped with TV, washing machine, air condition and free WiFi Internet.
This apartment is for 2 adults but in the dinning room there is a sofa bed that could be opened for aditional 2 persons !!!

Parking
Parking in front of house.
In front of the house is public parking for up to 3 small to medium cars. One place (1 or 2) is reserved for apartment guests. The parking is included in apartments rent price. For cars too big for this parking place there is an official, organized big parking cca. 500 m from the apartment but it has to be payed additionally and directly to Parking Service.

Beach in front of the house
In front of the house is a stony beach. You can sunbath wherever you want, but if you don't like to sunbath, you can spent the whole day in the shadow under the pine trees. Every day after 11 o'clock a gentle summer west wind "maestral" start to blow directly from the sea, so it is never too hot.
Public beach Podvrh with few cafes is only 150 m north from the house.

Novelty for 2020 is promenade along the whole coast from Podvrh beach to old Tribunj and from 2021 from Zamalin to Sovlje.

Tribunj
Tribunj is a small quietly village with few very good (fish and meat) restaurants, small green market, bakery with very good bread and every evening fresh fish selling directly from the fishing boats.
Fish and seafood from the local market.
But if you like tourist crowd you can find it in Vodice only 3 km far from Tribunj. Vodice is a real tourist resort with lot of restaurants, disco clubs, shops.
